At Roach and Coles, nestled in the heart of Exmouth, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional building services shaped by decades of experience. With Simon at the forefront of the business, who’s been in the building trade for 50 years, we’ve built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. And more recently in the past 20 years we have shifted the focus into specialising in the new build sector for our own projects or working with small developers, self builds or private customers.
Our story is rooted in family. Simon started his journey in the construction industry over 50 years ago and it’s been a rewarding path filled with challenges and successes. Today, his sons are equally passionate about building, carrying forward the family ethos of excellence. As Simon manages client onboarding with a personal touch, Sean and Mark oversee projects ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish. We believe that teamwork is the foundation of any successful project.
